easyJet

easyJet were smashing it when it came to revenue and service improvements but their relationship with customers was almost non existent. They had never run a brand campaign and customers saw flying with them as a means to an ends.

My idea was, “Generation easyJet.” To celebrate the entire generation of people who have had the freedom to explore the world all because easyJet democratised air travel.
