Budget

Budget were up for pitch because they had lost stand out in a ridiculously crowded market car rental.

My idea was simple, people who are choosing the cheapest rental company on the market don’t really care about the cars, they care about the thing they’re about to go an do. So, “Budget & Go because…” Focuses almost entirely on all the weird and wonderful things you can do in a rental car, as opposed to the boring old Fiesta you’re going to rent.

Not only did this win the pitch but it went on to turn into a global campaign. I also met goats.
